IT Infrastructure You Can Verify

Walk any office with a site survey checklist and the same findings turn up inside the hour: cabling nobody labelled, a boardroom camera that stutters over the Wi-Fi, one fibre line the whole floor depends on. We design and install the physical layer everything else you run depends on, from structured cabling and boardroom builds to secure SD-WAN, then certify every cable run and test every failover before we hand it back to you.

Our infrastructure services

Most of what goes wrong with an office network happened months before anyone noticed it: cabling run to a plan drawn for a smaller headcount, an access point mounted wherever it was easiest to reach rather than where the signal actually needed to land. A proper site survey catches these before they cost you a redo.

Secure SD-WAN Solutions

connecting every site with security and failover built in from the start.

Enterprise Wireless

reliable coverage across the whole office, not just the closest desk.

Connectivity & VoIP

one resilient connection for browsing and calls alike.

Cabling & Boardroom

the physical foundation done properly the first time.

What Gets Missed When Infrastructure Isn't Properly Designed

Most of what goes wrong with an office network was decided months before anyone noticed it: cabling run to a plan drawn for a smaller headcount, an access point mounted wherever it was easiest to reach rather than where the signal actually needed to land. A proper site survey catches these before they cost you a redo.

Cable Run Past Its Limit

Structured copper cabling has a hard ceiling. Push a run further to reach the comms room and it doesn't fail on day one, it fails intermittently six months in, which is worse and harder to trace. That's exactly the kind of detail proper structured cabling gets designed around from the start.

One Link, One Failure

A single fibre line with no secondary path means an ISP outage or a dug up cable takes the whole site offline, not just the internet connection. Most businesses only find out their WAN has no backup on the day it actually goes down.

Coverage Gaps

An access point count sized for the floor plan on paper often misses how many devices are actually competing for signal in a boardroom or an open plan floor. That's exactly what a wireless survey is for, rather than a guess made at install day.

The Retrofit Bill

A cheaper install with no certification or design behind it looks like saving on the invoice, then shows up again as a full redo when nobody can explain why a run keeps dropping. Testing at the end turns an install into something you can trust.

Vendor Lock-In

A design built around one manufacturer's proprietary management platform can leave a business unable to get parts, support or firmware updates elsewhere if that vendor relationship sours.

Everything That Happens Between A Site Survey And Final Handover

This is the standard build sequence for every infrastructure project, in the order it actually happens, so there’s nothing left to discover once cabling is already in the wall.

Site Survey

We walk every location in person: a wireless survey to map existing coverage and dead zones, a review of current cabling, switches and WAN links against what the business actually needs to run on them.

Network Design

From that survey we draw the design: where cabling runs, how many access points and where they mount, which WAN links carry the connection, and where redundancy sits so one failure doesn’t take the site down.

Hardware And Cabling Procurement

Switches, access points and cable are sized and ordered to that design, not picked generically off a shelf to fit a budget line.

Installation On Site

Cabling is run and terminated, access points mounted and configured, SD-WAN appliances installed and paired to the underlay links, and boardrooms wired for their network and AV points.

Certification And Failover Testing

Every cable run is certified against a test report before sign off, and every WAN link has its failover pulled and proven, not just configured and trusted.

Handover Documentation

You get as-built diagrams, a labelled cabling schedule, IP addressing and wireless heatmaps, so the network is documented, not just working.

The Proof We Actually Hand Over When Installation Finishes

An install that isn’t tested is a promise, not a result. Every project we hand over comes with documented evidence that what got built actually performs, not just a sign off form saying the work is done.

What A Site Survey Turns Into A Price

Two Johannesburg offices with the same floor space can land on very different quotes, because square metres isn’t what drives the number. It’s what the survey finds in the walls, the roof void, and the comms room.

Every figure below gets measured on site before a cable is ordered or an access point is mounted, so what you receive reflects your building, not a generic package price.

Cabling Category: Cat6 Or Cat6a?

Access Point Density

WAN Link Choice And Redundancy

Hardware Brand And Warranty Tier

Every figure gets measured on site before a cable is ordered or an access point is mounted, so what you receive reflects your building, not a generic package price.

Where This Infrastructure Fits

This is for offices moving premises, businesses opening a new Johannesburg site, and multi-site setups where one link failing shouldn't take a whole branch offline. It's also for boardrooms nobody trusts on a call and floors with wireless dead zones. It's the wrong page if what's missing is your cloud and Microsoft 365 environment or day to day IT support, not the physical network underneath them.

frequently asked questions

Will the installation disrupt our office?

Most cabling and access point work is scheduled outside trading hours

Any run that passes certification testing stays in service; anything that fails gets replaced, not patched around.

That number comes from a site survey, the same one behind every enterprise wireless install.

The secondary link takes over automatically, proven on site with a live secure SD-WAN failover test, not left as an untested promise.
